How do I join Second Baptist?
As a Baptist community, interested persons can join Second Baptist by one of four ways:
- A Candidate for Baptism
- By letter from your previous church
- On your previous Christian experience
- Watch Care (Are you going to be in the area temporarily (i.e., a college student) and return to your home church after graduation?)
At the end of any given service, an invitation to Christian discipleship is extended, which basically means that an opportunity to unite with Second Baptist as a member is offered to those present.
