Dear Second Baptist Church Family -
The SBC Trustee Board would like to share an important and positive update about giving. To make giving easier and more convenient, we are transitioning to a new online giving platform, SUBSPLASH.
Why the change?
The current system, Servant Keeper, no longer interfaces with Vanco for online giving. The new system, Subsplash simplifies the giving process by providing more options and flexibility in how contributions are made.
What does this mean for you?
•Giving can be done securely online or through a mobile app.
•Setting up recurring donations is easier, allowing for consistent support of the church's mission.
•Access to clear instructions and resources to help with a smooth transition.

What you need to do (if you currently give online)?
To easily connect your gifts to past giving, register for an account using the email address that the church has on file for you.
Don't remember? That's okay. Subsplash will notice the same phone number and address to merge your accounts.

How to cancel recurring gifts on Vanco (former giving page)?
- Log into your Vanco account
Visit the former Vanco giving page.
- Click “Log In” (top right) and enter your email/password. Use “Forgot password” if needed.
- Go to your Profile or Account area
- Click on your “Profile” icon (top right).
- View Scheduled Transactions
In the left menu, select Transactions, then the Scheduled tab to display active recurring gifts.
- Cancel the recurring gift
Locate the recurring contribution you want to stop and click Cancel or Delete.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted (“Yes, cancel” or “OK”). Repeat this for each recurring gift you have.
- (Optional) Remove your payment method
For added assurance, go to the Payment or Edit Account section and click Delete to remove saved card or bank information. Confirm the deletion.
- Log out
Click Log Out once everything is canceled and removed.
